Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of sales experience, a part of which has to be from the Language training Industry. The person needs to have a proven track record in achieving targets, and a strong understanding of the Language Learning or Educational Technology market.  

As a Sales Officer at GrowthSource, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and expanding our market presence in the region, for all our product/service lines, with a specific focus on Voxy

Key Responsibilities:

  • · Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive growth. 
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including leads and prospects. 
    • Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs. 
  • Client Relationship Management: 
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Voxy’s solutions.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Sales Reporting & Analysis: 
    • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
    • Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies.. 
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: 
    • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives. 
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales initiatives and campaigns. 
  • Market Expansion: 
    • Identify and explore new market segments and opportunities for expansion. 
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent Voxy and build industry connections. 

Qualifications: 

  • Experience: 
    • 1-5 years of sales experience, with at least a part in the language learning sector and other preferably in the educational technology or SaaS based selling. 
    • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. 
  • Skills: 
    • Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
    • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. 
  • Education: 
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or an advanced degree are a plus. 
  • Attributes: 
    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. 
    • Proficiency in English and local languages is a must. 
    • Willingness to travel within the country and locally as needed. 
    • Ability to work well in a team as well as individually 
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
